Title: PSS A320
Post by: EHM-1058 Jörg on August 28, 2006, 05:57:56 pm
Hello Management, i have bought the PSS A320 model from Phönix. At the moment there is no livery from EuroHarmony available for that model. Is it in any case allowed to fly this model on offical routes or not?? Please let me know.
Regards Hardy

Hi Hardy......

Use of the PSS Bus is not officially allowed however........................

There is a Panel Merge which allows you to use the Panel and Dynamics from the PSS bus on our very own IFDG model. (As the PSS A320 is so old, the IFDG exterior model is much better anyway, so to be honest, this is the best way to fly the PSS Airbus series)

The Panel Merge details can be found on Avsims File library by searching for the file  "pss_ifdg_panel_merge.zip"

That file has all the relevant instructions. You will get an engine overtemp warning with it which can be corrected by following the instructions on THIS FORUM (http://www.ifdg.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=1424)

Hope this info helps, sorry it is not any easier!

Hello Phill, thank you for answer. It makes no matter to merge the panel i think it is better to do this way instead of flying an old machine. So i would try to find this instructions and use the best of both panel and flight model.
