Hi Tim,

It all depends how many charts you want..... The prices are:

10 Euros = 100 Credits (This will be doubled to 200 by Navigraph)
20 Euros = 300 Credits (This will be doubled to 600 by Navigraph)
40 Euros = 1000 Credits (This will be doubled to 2000 by Navigraph)

Each Airport will cost you 2 credits so therefore if you spent 10 Euros on the special deal and got 200 credits you would have enough to buy the charts for 100 of your favourite airports.

Of course, some airports have more charts than others but it still costs 2 credits per Airport for example: Heathrow has over 60 charts and costs 2 credits. London City has 13 charts and costs 2 credits.

If you already have charts from Navigraph using the nDAC1 viewer these can be updated for 1 credit per airport. Also all further updates to Airports you have purchased will cost 1 credit.

The prices have not been set for the new FMS Data updates (The old NAVDATA service) but it will probably be around 30 credits per month and you will be able to download the data for all aircraft and services for this cost.

So in short Tim, if you want to go for the cheapest option then it will 10 Euros or about 7 pounds sterling to you and me. The most expensive option will be 40 Euros or 28 pounds.

Hope this helps.

If a chart gets replaced by a new version, do you have to buy the chart again or are there free updates?

Phil, I don't know if you're in close contact with the people of Navigraph, but there's a small glitch in their system. The activation e-mail got stuck in my SPAM filter :). I had to disable it to get it. The security settings are not that high, because I receive the EHM newsletters always with no problem.

Hi Maarten,

I will ask Magnus at Navigraph about the email situation and see if he is aware of it, thanks for that.

As for updates for charts, these are not free I'm afraid. Each update will cost 1 credit per airport. Updates will be processed every three months although of course Airports may not have updated their procedures in this time so you will not have to update. Every three months a new list will be released and this will advise if any of your charts have changed, if they have, you can then continue with the old ones or pay 1 credit to update.

Hope this helps.

Just as a matter of interest, did you forward your confirmation email to me as I didn't get it yet? Cheers!

Their prices are very low, so I won't have problems with paying for updates.

I haven't bought any credits yet, but I think I'll do so. Right now, I only downloaded the program and took a look at the demo charts.

Your credits are valid for 270 days from the date of purchase. Credits not used up until this date will expire. The airports you purchased for these credits will of course still be available to you and you may certainly use the nDAC software even though your balance might be zero.

Razza, Navigraph have been emailed about your case. If anyone else has been waiting over 7 days for your credits to be doubled, please let me know here.

Many Thanks,

Could someone please tell me if it is possible to bring up the Navigraph browser while flying in full screen mode ?

I was thinking of a single keystroke  ?

Only thing I think you would be able to do is Alt+Tab but that will minimize FS. As it is not an embedded module for FS there would not be a way as far as I can see.
