Hi lads,
is there any possibility to get the entire timetable downloadable as a (excel / ascii / access) -File?
I would like to print it out and yes read it (you know I 've got no books ;-)
Is that possible in any way?
-
Hehehe.
Bruno?????? Can this be done? I would also like to see a printable file, maybe after I have finished all the additions I could PDF it or something? What do you think?
Cheers,

Isn't Flight Logger a bit like that?
-
Sort of, but unless you have a laptop you cant print it off and read it whilst on the toilet! (I get bored sometimes!)

Good point - perhaps I may pick up your idea and .... printing out on the toilet paper would help find random flights twice a day ;-)
P.S. Read it before use it ;-)

This is starting to scare me :o Just thinking about it... how many printed pages would it take to list some 5,000 flights? It's a good idea though, I would like to have a hard copy of the timetable to read when I'm away from my computer. Maybe it's something EHM could consider?

Hi,
Of course it can be done. I am going to put it on the development queue. I think we can start working on it for the next month.

Not one month, but ... some hours :o ..
After 2 hours of team work between me and Gergely Kosa, we got the "EHM Timetable Downloader".
You can get it from the suggested downloads page,on the first sector ;) ..
Have fun ;)

That's great! Will this need to be updated when the big timetable additions come?
-
Ben, You won't need to download the program, just run it so it downloads the latest data.

Phil

Yes, true, the software is dynamic. Which means that it doesn't contain the timetable, but it will download it everytime you run and click the button.
So, if we add new flights, you just need to click the button and it will create a new XLS file with the new flights.

Absolutely wonderful Bruno, thanks to you and Gergely for making it ;D
-
.. and thanks Miko for asking for it ;D

First of all, nice job Bruno and Gergely. Just two part of info people should be aware of you need to have microsoft excel or something that can read xls files. Second if you come across error regarding msinet.ocx. you need to download it and copy it to the system folder (on win xp that means system32 folder, it's found on in the windows folder). In some places it says you need to register the file using regsvr32. But in my case it was enought just to copy the file. Most of you will not come across this, but just in case you do. this is how to solve it.

Thank you all.
