Title: LGAV First Fly In - Organisation Proposal.

Hello guys!

Our October Fly in may be on 27th October, departing from LGAV, heading NW and....................... expect a little surprise here..................finnaly landing at LOWI ( Innsbruck, Austria.
Why not begin takeoffs at 19.00 GMT on IVAO ?

Hi Peter,

You need to ask this fly-in approval to the "Online Flying Department". You need to send an email to Conrad Oldcorn (conrad@fly-euroharmony.com) and to Murray (murray@fly-euroharmony.com).

They are the persons that can authorize all the fly in's and EHM events that will take place.

So, before you start choosing dates, I need you to confirm all this information to them before posting it on the forum. That's the way we work, and I am sorry if your HM didn't warned you about this.

So, talk to them, arrange a date, validate the flight, and then come back here saying if there were changes or not. :)

I also made two changes:

- Changed the subject because the fly in is for the Hub and not for the monthly event.
- Changed the Topic sector to put it inside LGAV Hub.

Hi Bruno

What a mess. I am very sorry and I'd like to appologize to Murray, Conrad Pierre-Francois and you since it's more than obvious I made a stupid mistake. Howewer, there was no bad intetions behind the scene. It's clear now that there was a short cut in understanding each other between Maaba and me.

Hi Peter,

No problem at all!

Bringing back your topic we have:

LGAV to LJLJ and then to LOWI. Start time: 1800z.

I think the best time, due to some fly-in's that are being arranged, is to schedule it to next Sunday, 15th.
I also sent an email to our OFT (online flying dept) to approve it and I got a positive answer!

So, Peter, plan the route and arrange the fly in. I suggest you talk to the IVAO divisions in order to provide ATC.

Many thanks for all your efforts to help me organising this LGAV Fly-In. I agree with all, except I need some more time to get ready everythink, so I would suggest you a small movement of the date for this event: Sunday 29th Oct at 18.00 zulu. Please, confirm as soon as possible-it has a lot of work done.

Before anything is released - likewise the 29th is taken ,and the 22nd will also be taken shortly.

Okay, then we'll try to do it on this Sunday at 18.00 zulu. I'll send the e-mails as requested in a few minutes. The only thing I can't provide at the moment is the coverage by IVAO ATC.

Yes it's just to get pour a some cofee in the mug and lay down and wait while the 1st officer works on on the decent, btw ask him not to enter the app at LOWI with IAS of 240kt I have tried and to recommend;D;D
