As a frequent flyer of the Fokker 70/100 aircraft I am very excited by the news that DA is working on a brand new panel (including a working FMC!) for this award winning aircraft. At this moment, it's not sure whether it will work in FS9 or FSX (or both), but I hope FS9 for sure.
I could talk for hours about it, but it's better to let the screenshots do the talking. You can find them at http://www.digital-aviation.de/ewpforum/viewforum.php?f=44. The official announcement including all specifications can be found here: http://www.digital-aviation.de/ewpforum/viewtopic.php?t=3172.

Wow looks stunning!

Certainly an impressive panel from those screenshots. I assume this will be slotted in to the Project Fokker aircraft? Or are they working on a new aircraft too?

Yes - it will have a complete exterior model.
So far one of the developers announced in the German FlightXPress Forum it will be released in about 6 months or earlier.
If the there are still a lot of FS9-User at that moment DA will publish a sort of "light" version for the FS9 - but generally they develop it for FS X.

I think it's likely FS9 will be alive and very much kicking for a lot longer than that..!
Will the aircraft have a VC then? I've always liked the Fokker but don't use them much due to not having a VC as I fly in the 3D cockpit a lot since getting TrackIR 4...

A little sad that it is going to be a payware aircraft...
