Hello there,

Please can you confirm your using Internet Explorer with the Propilot page, and also make sure you havn't had caps lock active at all.

Yes, I can confirm I am using IE6 and the caps lock is off.
I just tried again and it worked fine, I then shut down IE, restarted same and I have got the same problem., it's got me baffled.

Hi Ken welcome to EHM!

The only thing I can suggest is check your settings and clean out your cache.

I would set you IE6 settings to allow cookies and maybe try reducing your security settings on IE6 just to see if it helps.

After this, clean out your temporary internet files, cookies and history, it has been known to help, especially if it is not something you do on a regular basis. You must remember that by clearing cookies your browser will forget all your passwords etc that you have set!

Hope it helps,

Cheers,
