Title: Forum - Last Active Date

I've noticed something odd about the date given at the top of the forum, specifically the last active date. Although i posted today, the date shown is still 28-2-2004, which clearly doesn't match. or does it show the last time you logged in (as in had to type in the username and password)? Not a big problem but still i thought i should report it.......
