Title: Outdated Chart for UMMS

I flew the LevelD 763 into UMMS (MINSK2) approaching runway 31, The FMC was set to tune the approach frequency automatically, the problem I had was that the chart from Navigraph shows the ILS to this approach as 109.7, but the FMC set the frequency to 111.3, I contacted Navigraph and I was told that the frequency had changed to 111.3 in November 2005, but it would appear that the chart was not updated, I have contacted Navigraph again pointing out the discrepancy with the chart, and I am waiting for a response. You will have to alter the ILS frequency for this approach using AFCAD.

From what I know about Navigraph, I am sure now you have pointed this out, they will look to update UMMS in the next round of updates. They seem to rely on information from users as I suppose it is very difficult to check the validity of every single chart themselves. I suppose the cost of the service would skyrocket somewhat if they did do this.
