Title: Lhasa, Tibet ZULS - Cannot fly on PP
Post by: EHM-0695 Scott on February 09, 2007, 06:06:24 pm
Error 3021 trying to activate Propilot flight to ZULS. The ICAO code appears to be correct. Why the error? .... back to Atlanta then and we'll try that flight to Chattanooga with the updated Flightlogger.

Lhasa is not included on FS2004, microsoft appear to have left it out...most likely something to do with that...even if you have scenery installed...

Lhasa airport isn't an airport at all. It was only made so that the plane carrying the Chinese general could land there to negotiate with the Dalai Lama during the war. It doesn't have a proper runway, or anything. Since then, it's probably been made bigger under Chinese Government, for tourism etc. but, it was never really an airport.

Okay.... I'm not sure that is of any use here. I know various airlines fly to Lhasa *now* ... Thanks for the history lesson. Various Airbus type (up to an A330) aircraft fly flights from Beijing, Shanghai and other cities so I assume proper facilities exist today.
