Where can i get the graphics with my name on it withthe plane

Brian, if you're talking about the automatic signature picture (like the one below), insert the following into the signature section of your profile:

Remove all the additional spaces that stop the forum from interpreting that line. And for the automatic avatar picture (to the left), the URL you need is:

(but you avatar may not appear straight away...)
