Dear pilots,
After some analysis on the current FAC progresses, we made an important discussion inside the Management team, and we decided to reset the current FAC for all pilots.
This reset will put your penalties to zero and will only take in account your total flights and total flight time.
This decision was made in because it's not fair that we change the algorithm putting new variables there, and these variables were not taken in account by the pilots on the time the old FAC was working.
For instance, pilots wouldn't knew that the total online flights will become a variable that would affect your FAC. If, so, maybe you would made more online flights than the current ones.
This action will be taken on the next weekend. A forum topic will be opened then for your doubts and comments.
