For those who don't know who Mike Ray is, he's a retired airline pilot who writes textbooks that many real world pilots use to help them get through their simulator checks (to keep their licence).
A while ago he started writing similar books but aimed specifically at Flight Simulator Pilots and they're pretty good! Certainly useful for those who haven't read and understood every word in the PMDG Flight Manuals... ;)
Well, if you haven't seen the news item on Avsim today, you should try this link as he's doing short articles for Computer Pilot magazine and they're available for free from a site called "FSVisions" - it's in Dutch but the links are written in English. There are 4 articles so far so if you want to learn more about the PFD or ND (or indeed don't know what these are ;D) then click here:-
