Title: Fly-in this weekend - are the hours flexible?
Post by: EHM-1671 Ben on May 24, 2007, 10:17:09 am
Hi, as the title suggests I'm wondering if the hours for the flights are strict (cannot start before 0700 zulu). I will be working when the event is scheduled to start and by the time I get home, I will only have 30 minutes or so before I have to go to sleep to get to school on time the next morning. I will, however, have several hours to fly before I go to work but during that time the event won't have started.

Put simply, am I allowed to fly a flight for the event in the hours before it officially starts?

I would really like to fly from LGAV - EGLL, instead of just EHAM - EGLL! ;)

No Ben, you're good for the entire 24-hour period that is Sunday as it applies to you in NZ - fly when you can (I'm sure the info page says that, but if not, that's the intent)

Thanks Murray, the info page did say that but I thought it was the entire 24 hour period after 0700 zulu ;) Thanks!
