Hello everyone.  Do any of you know a link to realistic pilot checklists?

Search 'checklist' or 'checklists' in the AVSIM (http://www.avsim.com) file library, you'll find a couple of hundreds of them. However it's possible that they won't match exactly with the plane you're flying (as flight dynamics aren't modelled exactly for each plane).
