I thought I might aswell show you guys this:
It's a good manual which explains all the instruments on airplanes. I don't know about you guys, but once I get into more complex stuff in planes such as getting my head around Airbus' FMC's:[, it's nice to have a manual that can take you right back to basics and remind you of things you completely forgot about:

indeed very useful, has answers to every little question that you can have about some knob you've seen and don't know what it does..! thanx for sharing Matt

It always get back to the simple basic rule: aviate, navigate, communicate.
Keep in mind; flying with all the computer aids, it always important to stay one step ahead of the aircraft.
