But I've always been a big fan of dry cider (west-country schooling...) and recently, I've been drinking some lovely ciders thanks to Sainsburys...

I would heartily recommend Westons Vintage for getting whacked (8% ABV, and it doesn't taste it...)

If you like fruity, either Petronella's Blush (cider with a little black currant juice/liqueur in it) or St Helier Pear cider (which is what I'm on right now... very sweet though...)

Murray, you have good taste with the cider (#It soothes all me troubles away#). I pretty much like any Westons cider - Vintage and Old Rosie are great in moderation (unfortunately they got rid of Old Rosie at my local). Generally I drink Stowford Press wherever I go - suddenly it seems to now be in most drinking holes around here.

My favourite is the so called "Weissbier".

My favourite longdrink is Cuba Libre - white rum with coke.
and for state occasions I like old irish whisky.

And recently.... Vodka Straight or....as a result of drunken uni nights....Vodka + Red Wine + Cider + Beer in one glass downed in 3 secs :P
