If I understand correctly, I start FS9, load my chosen aircraft (with engines off), go into flight planner and plan the flight, then start FLogger and choose the appropriate aircraft and flight (choosing which gate I want to start at ), and voila, everything should be right? Thanks.

yep! usually I click on "log" near the top so throughout my flight I can see my progress (that's also where you submit the flight when you've finished. I tell you that now incase you didn't know already and do an entire flight to find you can't submit it:))
Also, if you are doing a Pro-Pilot flight, you have to click "pro-pilot" in the top-right hand corner of the screen.
Welcome to EuroHarmony btw! Have a fun time here!

Looking foirward to everything here. I just tried to "lock a flight in ProPilot and it said I couldn't because travel mode is on, and it shows my current location as ","!!!

Hi Shawn,
About the flight logger, the safest way to check everything is OK is to click on "Log" as Matt suggested. When recording your flight only the button "Stop Log" should be active (which you should not press...) and in the left down corner you should see your changing position.
It's good habit to check as some situations trigger the logging to stop, like a "hesitating take-off" (a short bounce can be mistaken as landing) or if your engines accidentally stop before you take off.
Cheers
Andrei

Hey Shawn, if i don't recall wrong, that problem with locking a propilot flight the first time is solved by choosing your Hub as the departure. There is a thread about it somewhere around here, i'll have a quick search and see if i find it!
Edit: found it, http://www.fly-euroharmony.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=4057#pid32141
seemes like you'll have to try that and see if it works! Good luck :D

Thanks Daniel, that seemed to work...

great, have fun ;D

Hey Shawn, welcome to the community etc, and FYI, if you pass me along your permanent pilot callsign I'll update your forum username to our mandated standard (callsign and firstname) ;)
-
Thanks Murray, my pilot number is 2171.

On another note, where is everybody getting those cool Euroharmony signature banners at? I tried inserting the line of code shown in the forum manual (yes, I inserted my own pilot ID#), but nothings showing up.
-
Cheers for that Shawn, I'll not do the rename this instant but sometime today for sure.
Regarding the automatic signature picture, you want the following code:

Just remember to remove those three "hat" characters before putting it into your signature in the "Control Panel/Options" section.

Murray, I just changed it to exactly the way you just showed (without the hat characters) and it's still not showing up???
-
never mind, now it's showing up???? Wierd.

Somtimes it takes time. My signature has disappeared. I think somethings happened on Photobucket, but I'll find out later when I have time
