Hi, guys I am planning on switching from fsx to fs2004 until I can get a new pc to run FSX smoother and at higher settings. I was just wondering since I'm now used to FSX controls, is it possible to alter controls for FS2004 without altering it manually in the options? Thanks!

Hi there Neon,
from what i know, i don't think its possible to do so. I have FS9 and FSX too, but im more used to FS9, you could try learning the controls fro FS9, its not too far away from FSX :)

Hi
Javier, pherhaps you´re the right one to help me.
Do you know where I can find the "look up" and look down function (shift + return / shift + backspace in FS9) in FSX.
Kind regards
Manuel

hi there Manuel,
i was wondering that too when i first tried out FSX, unfortunately that command only works for the VC and not the 2D panel :{

Hi Javier
thanks for your fast respond.
Thats a pitty, it was a really helpful feature.
What do you use instead of it?

i use the "W" key for the landing panel view if the aircraft has it to get a better view, and if i still cant see it and its a visual landing, i'll just press shift+z and land from the outside view:s
