Title: Tours

Has anyone had trouble with getting the award for the Portuguese mix tour (A872-A885) . I ended this tour on December  7th, and as of today l have not got the award as normal by the award engine, do you have to apply for this one?.  Bruce EHM-2131

Normally all tours are automatically awarded but it may be that your Hub Manager needs to look at this to check that all the flights have gone onto the database properly.

Send an e-mail to your Hub Captain and I'm sure they'll sort this out for you :P
