Title: No autopilot
Post by: EHM-2220 Patrick on February 06, 2008, 12:32:56 pm
I'd love to fly Propilot, only i can't use my AP while doing it. In cruise I rather not fly on hand. How can i fix this?

Hi Patrick,

this is the first I've heard of this.
I've been flying with autopilot in PP almost in every flight.
Hence the usual questions:
- Aircraft used:
- OS:
- FS Version:

Perhaps some of our hardware/software wizards can explain that.
Insofar as controls go, PP only enables the crash detection (if this was off before) but shouldn't meddle with the autopilot at all.

Aircraft used: Saab2000
- OS: XP
- FS Version: 9.0

That's all.

Does it work on a "normal" flight with flight logger on?

Check in the aircraft.cfg file and look in the [autopilot] section, there should be a line saying autopilot_available =1 if it is saying =0 then edit it to say =1, this may cure your problem
