Title: Daily welcome emails for new pilots

Bit of an apology first... the script that is supposed to send out the five daily welcome emails to new pilots has been stalled for quite some time and no-one noticed until a new pilot (Alan Tay) reported not receiving the second daily email; sorry everyone that's not received there emails in a timely fashion.

So, I've fixed the error and run the script manually to completely clear the (rather large) backlog.
