Robert,

Did you have to zoom in at all or is it so big that you can see it from space like the Grand Canyon and Great Wall of China...? ;D;D;D

It's real alright ;)

That's Concorde G-BOAB which has been at Heahtrow since 2003 waiting for someone to come up with a plan to display her. Latest suggestion is that she might be going to Bahrain...

More details here (http://www.concordesst.com/latestnews.html).

There are 2 other A380s standing at Blagnac Airport, Tolouse. There is an interesting (?) area of the airport without terminal. There are "unpainted" planes too waiting there.

Robert,

You say that they are 'unpainted', but are they not done in 'airbus' livery?
There is also definatly 1 unpainted one though (as well as these two...)

I remember I seen 2 A340s with plain green-brown primer fuselage panels... maybe Virgin Atlantic tail... That looks odd, because I thought that planes are immediately painted after assembly. But as I see the internal furbishing is undergoing unpainted, outdoor.
