Title: Tours, just a little reminder

Just to remind all our "new" pilots (if you joined after 2008, that is), almost all of our current tours were designed not by the then management, but were designed by the pilot community to show off particular regions to your fellow pilots.

Most of our tours are getting quite long in the tooth now, so if any of you want to come up with a tour suggestion/redesign, please help yourself. As an example, I've been working on a complete replacement for the tour of the UK that's fully VFR legal (and has more and longer legs) that'll be ready for release in the new year.

Hi Murray,
    Will the 'new' UK tour be able to be flown if you have already completed the old one?  And will it get a new badge?

I'm going to be modifying the existing badges for the new version, but the old version of the tour will be removed.

for when ??? I mean it must be to do it the old version until when... in order to take the old badge too.

I'm thoroughly looking forward to it, what with he new x-plane photo scenery for the uk ;)
