I have created an album in the Gallery where everybody can add their screenshots for the entire event, if they wish to do so. I will ... :)
Here's a first with my actual route from yesterday evening:
as you can see, the STAR tarts a little bit earlier than planned, when opting for rwy28L like we did...
David, Trevor, Gian, and myself did leg 01 sort of together. Fun!
Franz had some tech issues at ESA, so he had to stay behind for now, and Alexander had some RL interference. Otherwise we would have been with 6. There's going to be another Doodle for leg 02 soon, for anyone interested ::) so keep tabs on the forum.
I'll try and post some more shots this evening or tomorrow.

Mwwwaahhhh, ...
not satisfied with the result of the screen captures. Too dark :(
So here's only a few... (ignore the frame rate top left corner, as displayed by Fraps)
Departing ESSA
Arrived at ULLI
And now with the amazing power flash:
I will redo the shoot, and post some new pics later on. But I think that may not be until Friday or even during the weekend...

Leg 02, ULLI-UUDD I had set the time to Zulu minus 12, so I was flying in daylight :)
Departing to the west, followed by a 170 degree turn to the east. All 4 of us just airborne. I took the lead, Giancarlo second, followed by Trevor. David held the red lantern this take off.
Soon after take off, Gian overtook me alredy.
A nice, close formation :)
There goes Trevor, taking a parallel route again :P
It almost looks like formation flying
Approaching Moscow, David overtook me (2 o'clock low), so now I'm closing the formation
I took some deviations from the WS1D STAR (green line) to create some separation
Due to the bad visibility (night, fog, rain, thunder) Gian had to go around. Here he is on his second attempt. Does not look like he'll make the runway this time eithher, eh? Well, he did :)
But more on that later ;)

Nice pics E-J, I look forward to the next instalment ;)

After an initial go-around, Gian came back for this landing:

perfectly on the touchdown marks ... ;D

Fantastic video and a very impressive landing in the circumstances - well done Gian! I imagine the guys in that fire station were running to their fire engines though ;D
Hopefully we'll see the video on the front page of the site shortly ;)

Very nice pictures Eric-Jan and a wonderful video. Thanks a lot E-J. you're an artist ;) and of course thanks Gian too and Trevor for this spectacular second leg. See you for the third one, with Alexander and Franz and all volunteers... hope so. :)

perfectly on the touchdown marks ... ;D
Hahaha at the wrong end of the runway :D
I will try and join you for the 5th leg too since you are all flying on VATSIM.
