I understand that. It would be the same like now we have for EuroBusiness low classes: a dynamic timetable which have a storyline in the background, so why the pilot is flying. It is much more free than assign a personal, and must-be-done flight to a pilot. As it means more work from the team, I could not make a decision here

But for some reasons, it may sounds, like some of the pilots found boring the main timetable. Maybe not directly, just they need always some extra thing for a flight. Well, when I have some time to do an EHM flight, I always have some story in my mind, why I choose that flight, and how will I do that. That is just my mental add-on for the fun, and it works well for me. I am not sure, I would select those dynamic flights if those were appeared. When I made the EuroBusiness dynamic timetable, I always included some flights that I WANTED to do, but after the statistics, it was only me who wanted to do. And next to it, there were many other interesting stories for flying, which was not popular. So thinking of a new flight every week/month/..that fits to pilots taste, is very difficult.
So, afterall, I think the main timetable gives enough variety, challenge, and possible storyline for a flight. I think it is up to the pilot to think of his/her own story for a flight, and not fly only for collecting the hours, but really for the fun ! Even, you can do a flight more times if you want...like say...I love Concorde, and I want to do a Heathrow-JFK return trip every week. If you think it is boring, than you can always find another and another destination that you have not visited yet. And it is all freeeeeee!
