Dear pilots,
Finally, and after a period of great stress and work we have our new Management members on active duties.
They are :
Armando Chibante : Developer assistant, going to work on some new software versions that we currently have.
Tamas Biro : Fleet Assistant, is going to work directly with Robert Szikszo on the fleet re-structure.
Murray Crane : Online Flying Assistant, going to work directly with Cyriel Lamerigts planning, for instance, the Fly-In's.
The new Hub Captains are :
Ben Horsfall : EGLL Hub Captain
Philip Rolt : LSZH Hub Captain
Jonathan Rasmussen : LPPT Hub Captain
Kendy Mathes : EHAM Hub Captain
Also, Kenneth Larsson will have one more function, that is Hub Coordinator, responsible to coordinate all the Hub Captains on helping our pilots.
We had incremented our team because of two main reasons :
The first one was the Human Resources problem. As you know we didn't have a total dedicated person belonging to one Hub. Now we have.
Also we want to improve some areas on our Airline, like the Training Area, the Fleet Area and others. In that areas we now have the Fleet and Online Flying Assistants.
The second one was to start building the human-resources structure due to our pilots grow. We have many plans to implement, and without human-resources structure, that plans would be very difficult to settle up.
