For all you IVAO/IvAp users....

Last night a new version of the MTL library was released, with a incredibly higher selection of aircraft (even gliders ;D). The total size with all the packages is ~190MB, so it takes a while :o

Its worth it though - see you in the online skies :)

Is an EHM-bird in the right colors with the new MTL? Otherwise I'll believe it, who's sailing anyway online?

I downloaded all MTL's today. It's really amazing and good work by IVAO.
I tested only 1 airplane and couldn't find yet an EHM texture.

But anyway this package is a  must for ALL online Piolts !! :]

see you Bye Kendy !

Ha ha! Once again, I make people jealous...

Just finished downloading the entire MTL2 on a FreeBSD machine that I have shell and web access to, took less than ten minutes to get the whole lot (I was having trouble feeding the URLs to the machine quickly enough...) ;D

The slow bit will be getting it from that machine to home... Just debating whether I should SFTP it off or "hide" it on my webspace and get it using ordinary HTTP GET...

EDIT: Oh, I have a wget "script" now for anyone that wants it. I don't want to distribute it too widely, since it is pointing at specific servers (completely bypassing the load-balancing scripts IVAO have put in place) so PM if you would like a copy.

We have to send the EHM repaints of MTL aircrafts. If we don't they won't pop up like magic :)

First of all check to see if any other VA has a/c in the MTL, if not, then we can forget about it.

-I don't think anybody is doing that yet.

-We can do that, read the FAQ of the MTL, if the quality of the repaints is good enough, we can submit them to IVAO.

-I might give it a shot in july if noone does it before, with the permission of the management.
