Short 360 Engine failure

Whilst flying the above sector (EGLL - EGNT) tonight - on VATSIM - I lost my port engine - oil pressure issues
(Short 360) feathered the engine and whilst on late final - had further  generator problems with the starboard engine - declared an emergency and landed safely at Newcastle - with virtual fire engines and blood wagon on standby.

In the famed words of the Pony Express 'We got through!'

Though this  was just a bit too realistic for my liking!

Has there been any tech issues with this aircraft type before? And did anyone - find a mid -air restart solution that worked?

Haha, the plane became aware of its consciousness...
(sorry, saw a very bad trailer in cinema yesterday.... Furtive or something like that).

I would love it if the planes in FS would be so realistic... Strange.

I've flown that plane a few times and never had anything like you describe at all.

Very interesting situation in deed. I flown shorts but I never experienced a problem like that. But it is very lukcy of you for me because most of us can not do emergency landing (everything is working fine with FS ) and have an adrenalin on an online flight... :) ;) It is a challenge... :) Good for you... :)
