Problem with Dash 8 and flight logger !

Hi Dear Friends
could some one please help me and answer my questions ? I try to ask my questions in forum because maybe these are other's questions !

1. I have problem when landing with the Dash 8-Q400 ,  nose of the aircraft runs throught the ground . any solution please ?

2. The flight logger software have some bugs. the first one is when you select a plane then it's not possible to  select a flight from the timetable ,although I have found a solution in forum which is to hold the left mouse button and then right click on the rows of the timetable,but its better to remove such a simple error from the software ,another problem with the software is when you save a RIREP it's not possible to load it again for submiting to the website and the software reports an invalid file format , any one know the solution ?

3. another problem is in fleet download page about some broken links which made it impossible to download panels.:%

I have had similar problems with the Dash 8 Q400, I have had 2 crashes with this aircraft while taxying at 15kts and the nose gear has colapsed, neither of these were caused by a heavy landing, I no longer fly this aircraft.

I think the problem is with flight dynamics, any way I have to fly with saab 2000 considering my rank and  there is no other plane in this class !
I hope airline's fleet manager solve the problem and make the plane available for other pilots .although I tought that forum is a good place to talk about technical problems but it seems that It's better to contact airline management team directly .

There is a Q400 at Avsim delsol_dash8q400.zip  -  try that and if it if OK use the air file from that for the time being. Remember to back up the original and the replacement will need renaming to the same as the original.

Please remember two things, EHM-1782. Everyone at management has a job or school beside their job at EHM. No one gets paid for this. Second we are getting close to Xmas, and that mean that things slow down a bit, because people has a lot to do in their real life, both at work and with family.
Another thing is it will take time for Robert to correct the problem. That isn't done in just one or two days.

Dear friend I'm not expecting Robert or others to solve the problem soon , I just wanna inform the managment team of the problems we may encounter , I'm working 12 Hrs a day and I know that other friends are busy too , I was just waiting for a tiny help like dear bill's help.

It is always good to hear some critics/feedback about the work thanks Merlin for saving my bottom I am here, but the days are quite long and I cannot do too much now, before the winter holiday. So, expect steps on these problems during the holiday only, when I want to renew the remaining 3 birds from the main division too.

I am sorry, about the broken links, I will correct them soon, because we found all of the panels available on other sites too. For instance you could try to search for the same filename at AVSIM.com.

I am very sad that you have problems with the Dash-8. I have flown it many times (without making a PIREP) when I was painting it, and I never heard of or had an error like that. That will be hard to look for and analize, but will try it.

Hi EHM-1782,

I started the Mediterranean Tour with the Dash, made about 5 flights with him besides 2 or 3 on tests (before deployment) and found no problems with him.

Maybe you can uninstall it and install again, because on my machine it just runs perfect.

Of course it worth a try to uninstall and reinstall. But I have to agree with EHM-1782 and Bill, there is something wrong with that aircraft. I didn't have any problems with that aircraft until I reinstalled my FS. I can no longer use our version or the version from Dreamwings website. As soon as I release the parking break and starts to taxi. The aircraft starts to jump up and down, like it's badly loaded. So just like Bill I have sent that aircraft back into the hangar.
So I think this aircraft works for some and not for others.
EHM-1782 I'm sorry if I was a little harsh in my reply to you. I didn't mean to, but sadly there are people in the flightsim comunity that expect way to much for nothing. I'm sorry that I misunderstood your comments.

I tryed the sab2000, and its perfect. I'm going to test the dash 8 again .
dear robert it was just a feedback for having a better airline not a critic, I would be glad if I could help you in any way although I'm not an expert like you in this field.

Well, about bouncing wheels, I have the same bug at many airplanes, I thought it is a scenery bug that front wheel is bumping on the runway But I tried flights with flight logger and propilot, and I did not crashed a plane yet I will look after it.
