In answer to your question.... No!
You can fly any flight from anywhere so long as you are qualified to fly the Equipment. (I.E. you have sufficient rank)
The only exception to this is on the Propilot System where you have to select a flight from the last airport you landed at for 24 hrs. To explain that a little clearer: You fly Heathrow to Manchester at noon on Saturday. Your next flight must start in Manchester if you want to fly Propilot again before noon on Sunday.
I would suggest you start with regular flights using the flight logger and build up to the Propilot system as it can be frustrating if you don't know the penalties or if you get suspended for pranging one of our beautifull birds! (Errr Like I did tonight! DOH!)
