Beech 58 EHM Word tour Ed.
« on: January 28, 2006, 02:39:06 pm »
While flying the Iberian Tour, I decided to start the World tour. Therefore I ordered a brand new Beech 58 with a quite special paint job.

Arriving at LXGB, I found the new aircraft wating!!

This is what I found (my first repaint btw):

My whole body shaking, I took it for a ride!

Its a Dreamfleet 2000 Beech 58 RealityXP version. Let men know what you think :>

Looks Excellent, I can't believe that's your first attempt at a repaint! Can you give me some tips as I would like to have a go at painting some aircraft one day!

Thanks Guys!

Philip, Flight1 is kind enough to supply a Photoshop file of a "blank" aircraft. This makes it a bit less complicated.

If you know a bit about how layers work in PS, its not that difficult. This Beech 58 took me about 12 hours, but I never tried repainting before, and my knowledge of PS is VERY limited.

But I had oceans of fun drawing it, so im glad that you guys like it!

Any chance of you sharing it if we can get Bruno to accept the DF Beech as an addition to the Fleet? It is a beautiful plane.

Hi folks,

I like the repaint very much ! Excellent work Kasper. If you send me the repaint, I can make it official on the VFA section.

Robert/Bruno,

Any chance of this scheme for the entire training fleet? Plans and schemes and such - having the entire training fleet in these colours would make a nice addition to the plans and schemes (and would unify the training fleet...)

Kasper,

Any chance of a cockpit/virtual cockpit picture? The Baron 58 may be in my FSP VA purchase list if the Dreamfleet model has a good VC.

Hehe, I have just told Bruno that I like this scheme so much that we could add it to all the small VFA planes in the future. So after the suggestion I think it is more than a plan now ;)

Thanks for the great feedback! I will send the repaint ASAP.

Murray, here are a few shots from inside the DF B58 RXP version. The gauges operate with amazing smoothness, and the RXP instruments are as close to the real thing as you get!

I was amazed by this plane, and woul recommend it to any General Aviation pilot.

Note that the VC has 32 bit textures availeble from the Dreemfleet website!! The one shown here is the standart VC texture:

Thanks Kasper.  Well aware of RealityXP's work, already own the FlightLine T gauges and JetLine 2, but I wanted to check what that the DF B58 looked like internally.

WOW, nice repaint Kasper (got it right this time, Kasper will unterstand)

I would support a move to have th whole VFA in these colours, maybe if he logo on the back was more defined and if the 'rough edges' so to speak are tidied up. Its amazing for a first effort, thanks a lot for this!
