Export Fsnav plan to FS2004 and
in FMC RTE -> Request -> FLplans  select FSflplan to import  -> Activate.

After Active -> Perf Init -> Request --> and fill in the CRZ altidue. and Cost, and Reserves,   the FMC wil calculate Alt. and speed.  this depends on how many passengers-cargo en Fuel is loaded. (FSnav dont how many ).
( dont forget to set flaps and takeoff speeds.)

In realworld you earn mony but in a simulation its boring to do such long flights and you dont learn anothing from it,

If you will get the most of this bird make shorter flights and praktice in takeoff - landings.

btw  long flights in a group is more fun.

even though i might have sounded like a newbie person with the question i asked, i am very advanced in FS2004 and the various functions with PMDG and PSS planes.

But  will leave it over night, take a check at around 6:30 - 7:00 am then catch my coach to sixthform and be back around 1:30pm (half term). so it wont be soo boring...
