I see some pilots have a PP logo within there avatar.I assume it refers to ProPilot.
How do you earn this logo ?

Yes and no, I think it's the award for the last PP event (The US Airmail Pioneers).

Those are awards for a ProPilot event. So far, we had 2 organized events: Dakar 2006, and Airmail Pioneers Transcontinental Tour. Those pilots, who participated, and accomplished the event, got the award ;) As the events are special tours, these are like just the other tour/mission awards, which you can earn only under a given period.
