How can I close the cargo door on the BAE 146QC from the Eurocargo division?
I tried <CTRL>+E and then keys 1 through 4 but this does not work.
I looks kind of silly flying with the doors open. Not to mention the condition the cargo will arrive in;)

I have the same problem,  its smees to use some A.I.S - Animated Inbuilt Scenery.

I am working on finding a solution.

Wasn't it Alt-E?

It is Alt-E for FS2004 as far as I know... I know that on the Training Beech Baron it works that way.

Cheers,

Alex;)

For FS2004 it is a bit more complicated than that, it has some inbuild dynamic scenery that requires that the engine is shut down and pressing some keys.

It did not work for me, i replaced some files and now its ok. I will get it into a zip file with some instruction later today, because I have to go now.

EDIT:
I now have the door and the A.I.S. working. My solution is in the zip file below. Read the read_me.txt file before installing.

I tried to instal the fix. I can open and close the main exit. But I still can not close the cargo door. Am I doing something wrong?

I did press shift-e followed by 2.  I will check again if I installed the fix correctly.

Is there any chance the plane master
switch/batteries were not ON?
Maybe it simply need power to close
the doors...

Ciao ciao!

On the EHM A320 in FS2002 I was delayed in Zurich because as I found out, the left engine has to be running to close the cargo and baggage doors.

Sometimes these things can be Shift + T or Shift + W. Those functions are supposed to be wings folding and tailhook extending, but I find they sometimes operate doors.

In FS2002 Shift+E+1 or  2 is the magic hotkey, although its right that you need power for these operations. On the CRJ for example, you cannot extend your flaps either without power. Its realistic, because the hydraulic pressure produced by the help of engines or APU, on the ground.

Ctrl+E is automatic engine start hotkey.
