The default surface for this runway is Macadam, and if you fly the Dash8 and possibly some other aircraft onto this runway you are certain that the nosegear will sink into the runway. Before making this flight you need to use AFCAD to change the surface to Asphalt or Concrete. There is no problem with 15R/33L as it is already Concrete.
