• Flights that are being made during this period of absence of the website of EuroHarmony do not count for the pilot’s flight hours. It is not allowed to submit PIREPS of flights that are made before the re-opening of the website. Pilots are allowed to make flights in the EuroHarmony aircraft at this time, but these flights cannot be reported.
• Tour awards cannot be reclaimed. In order to retrieve a tour award again, the pilot has to fly the whole tour again.
• Awards that were awarded for the pilot’s dedication cannot be reclaimed. The management of EuroHarmony will take another look at each pilot and will decide whether a pilot deserves an award or not.
