For what flights/circumstances can I use Museum aircraft - i.e DC8 / DC 3 Concorde etc.

Museum aircraft are released for the purpose of dedicated events and these are the only only flight you can log hours with them.
However, the DC-8 is still in the fleet of FLLogger at class 1 so strictly speaking you could use it to log any flights of classes 1-3 inclusive :)
