EuroHarmony expands eastwards !
« on: December 01, 2009, 05:33:54 pm »

The EuroHarmony MT is very proud to officially announce the start of operations at our new Singapore base ! At a glittering launch ceremony at Singapore Changi airport, 8 EHM aircraft have been unveiled to an eager public and the media. The mix of turboprops and jets allows EuroHarmony to serve destinations it could not previously reach and will bring much needed competition against some of the overpriced national carriers.

Despite the global recession which has threatened the future of even such historic airlines as Cathay Pacific, we have decided that the time is right for EHM to move into the Southeast Asia region which will be a hugely important market as the global economy improves. Gaining a strong foothold now will pay off in years to come as EHM becomes a recognised name in the region.

We have chosen to serve many of the major cities in the region with shuttle flights direct from Singapore using our 737's and Airbus A320's to give customers the comfort and convenience they demand at a much better price than they are used to. Travellers in cities such as Hong Kong, Manila, Shanghai and Chennai can now benefit from direct links to Singapore every day of the week.

But it gets better! EHM is now serving a swathe of smaller destinations using fuel efficient ATR and Bombardier turboprops to ensure that high quality, well priced flights are available in areas we have never travelled to before. Beautiful places such as Kota Kinabalu, Denapasar, Lombok and Yogyakarta will see EHM blue in their skies on a daily basis.

For our pilots, there are exciting challenges ahead with a great range of new airports to explore, particularly for our short and medium haul Captains...

...ranging from the huge international airports like Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong to mountain fields in areas like Kuching and Colombo.

So it's time to crack open the Champagne, let off the fireworks (thanks Javier!) and celebrate our new base in Singapore ! Get to your aircraft please - we've got lots of new passengers waiting !

Please report any issues, questions or suggestions in THIS THREAD.
