Roberto,

You probably did "update" flights before selecting the ProPilot flight... but I better ask than assume.

Otherwise bad things happen as the software attempts to manage a flight that does not exist in its data.

Another nice video (and excellent landing BTW). Tiniest bit overdone on the vignetting (IMHO) and I notice that your 747 model doesn't auto-deploy spoilers (or it does but has no anim for it...)

TYVM :) Agree on the vignette, will be toned down for the next one, although I'll probably take a break from the 744 vids - the v4 x737 was released today and the exterior model looks great. I hear that v5 looks to add in a vc.

The 747 model does have animations for spoilers, and they do autodeploy - but I didn't have the spoilers armed (I normally have spoiler set to an axis on my throttles, but I had to give it up to make room for 2 extra engines).

I'll stick it on a checklist - have to scroll the panel in x-plane to view the throttle quadrant

Well, that was "the reason, the why, the because" I was avoiding mentioning.... ;)

I'm really surprised that Boeing haven't made the 74X do the same as the 738/739 do, auto-deploy whether they are armed or not as the reversers are engaged (fully automatic late deployment). Having said that, they probably have; I've yet to find a 73X model for Flight Sim that implements FALD. The very nice Revolution Simproducts 73X throttle quad does bolt it on to any/all 737 models however.

Right, best stop hijacking

Help please :-[

My french doesn't quite run to fully translating the error Roberto, but I've seen the BOF/EOF error before. If memory serves, it's an incomplete update of FLogger that causes those (or an error in the database on the server, and I'd have noticed one of those having just updated my own installation not five minutes ago...).

UPDATE: OK, one quick search of the forum later, these errors are normally a result of the ICAO data in FLogger V3 not matching the data in Flight Sim. Roberto, can I ask you (or anyone else with an FS2004 installation) to check that Lima is SPIM in FS2004 and let the management team know ASAP if it's not!

Then, assuming we don't need to fix the database any further, you'll need to unlock all PP flights you currently have locked on the site, run a FLogger update, then re-lock your flight(s). After that, you can re-connect FLogger to your locked flight(s) and all should be well.

Well this is DEFINITELY related to the FL3 local database

After browsing the "Old Forum" section for this very "popular" error, I note a few things to try:

1) I see you are using FSX; did you use the "Read airports" function in FL3? It seems this is not FSX-compatible and may cause this very error. If you did, you need to reinstall FL3 and no longer use this feature.

2) There is a chance the problem is related to this particular flight instead of your installation. So please try to set up a flight that you know you did before with no problem, both in "normal" and "PP" mode (and let us know what happens of course)

3) I notice your FL3 is "missing" the right upper part, with the flight criteria selection. Is it so from the beginning (that is, when starting FL3) or just when you got this error?

I've three other pictures:
The first one is the Logger begin, I mean without selection fight

The second one with Normal selection flight

Third one with Pp selection flight

And the last one, I mean four instead of three Images, after 15 or 20 seconds in Pp selection flight

Thanks a lot for your help :)

Let's start by explaining that the current Flight Logger is version 3, so when Andrei talks about FL3 he means the current Flight Logger :)

As for deinstalling Flight Logger, just delete it's folder from your Program Files directory. Yes, it will leave a bit of "mess" in your registry, but that will be corrected when you install it again "over the top".

As for unlocking a PP flight, that's easy. Log into the main EuroHarmony website with your pilot ID and password. Then, from the Divisions menu, go to the ProPilot "division". Once you're in ProPilot, click on "Pilot Information", and at the bottom of the pilot information page you'll see you locked flight (EHM-H1116).  Finally, click on the big "Unlock Flight" button there to unlock the flight.

Now, the above en Francais (thanks to Google, so blame them if it's has no meaning):

Comme pour le déverrouillage d'un vol PP, qui est facile. Connectez-vous au site Web de EuroHarmony principal avec votre ID et mot de passe pilotes. Puis, à partir du menu divisions, aller à la ProPilot "division". Une fois que vous êtes dans ProPilot, cliquez sur "Pilot Information", et au bas de la page d'information pilotes, vous verrez que vous verrouillé vol (EHM-H1116). Enfin, cliquez sur le gros "Unlock Flight" bouton là pour débloquer le vol.

And with regard your many pictures, I'm going to agree with Andrei that the place to start is to remove your current Flight Logger installation. "Add/Remove Programs" in Control Panel should be the place to start, but as I said above, you can just delete the folder from Program Files. Then, download the Flight Logger from the website again (just in case) and install the newly downloaded copy. Run it, and as the very first thing you do, run an "Update" (do not click anything other than the "Update" button).

It doesn't work, I'm very embarrassed :-[ I'm very sorry, this is the message and image

Is possible to erase all files instead of use the Remove Programs ??? Thanks again :)

It's OK like that, you've unlocked your flight :)

So, now delete the Flight Logger folder from Program Files (since supprimering it failed): if you've only got the Flight Logger installed, and nothing else by EuroHarmony, you can delete the whole EuroHarmony folder (and all of it's contents) from Program Files, otherwise go into the EuroHarmony folder in Program Files and delete the "Flight Logger ProPilot" folder. Then, as I said, download a new copy of Flight Logger from the website and install it "over the top" of the remains of the previous installation. Once that completes, start it and do an "Update". Then and only then, select a flight and let us know that everything went fine. ;)

And finally, you can go back to the website and lock H1116 again (and then try selecting it in Flight Logger and clicking "ProPilot") and again, let us know it worked fine. :)

Tomorrow we'll open the second longest leg of the tour. Anyone up for a group flight on IVAO this Saturday or Sunday? If so, please make yourself known here :)

The time is... anytime in principle but we should expect flying most part of that day.
