As most of you have noticed, the website has been down for a couple of days. First indication of something wrong was on Friday evening. Unfortunately, it took "outside help" to correct the problem, which made us dependent on third parties. In the end, it took until Tuesday evening to resolve the matter.
All that time, not only the website and forum was down, but also Flight logger could not retrieve any data on locked or assigned flights, nor could it file any of your PIREPs.
Effectively, we've been unconscious for a couple of days.
Please know that we tried all we could to speed up the recovery. We would like to offer our apologies for the inconvenience caused by all this, and promise to try and prevent this from ever happening again.
