This year my family and I flew up to Calgary to be greeted with 2 inches of snow that really made the season feel great. The flight up was interesting...very turbulent but it was still fun.
Also, I was given a beautiful RC plane that I will post pics of when I get back home.

Apparently it snowed in Texas recently...that must have been fun. Wish some of that snow would head on up into the cascade mountains.

Cheers,
Jonny

Bruno I guess having the sea next door doesnt help much does it?:s I think I read somewhere that Madrid is the higuest (altitude) european capital, however it barely snows! About Madrid being the higuest European capital, does anyone have hard facts on this?

Cheers and happy new yearrrr!!!!

Madrid is at 1909 ft. MSL... I don't know how that compares to the other capitals but it is definitely among the highest.

I got Xmas Day snow in Brittany, France... Only a couple of mm's but it did lay in places and lent a festive air to the place... didn't last though, was gone by the afternoon on Boxing Day :(
