Bug in Flight Logger/ProPilot
« on: January 28, 2006, 05:09:36 pm »
I have just completed a flight in ProPilot. and there appears to be a problem with the Logger. I touched down at LIML with no problem, then I saw an aircraft crossing the runway in front of me (good old MSFS ATC), I had to open the throttles and go around, the problem with the Logger is that having touched down, it reports that I have landed, and all of the rest of the flight is reported as being on the ground

I'm not so sure it's a bug, I think it more the fact that it will take a whole lot of some serious programming to make our flightlogger take something like that into account. I have a few payware flightloggers, and so far I have only seen one of them that can handel a touch and go. And only if the wheels don't touch the runway more then once. If I have landed and for some reason have to take-off again it will still report the aircraft as being on the ground.
But I agree it would be nice, but like I said I think it will take a whole lot of programming.
