but now the question is, is that for both engines combined, both fuel tanks, or individually?

and if it is individual engine fuel flow, for the 737, i will have to multiply 3.8 by 2 ?

You should have 2 guages, one for each engine, as each guage is showing 3.8 then the total fuel flow is 7600lbs/Hr
