Well its finally time for one of the ultimate Crossings....and this has been made into an Extra event for the Euroharmony Pilots!

London Heathrow to Amsterdam - a very popular route on IVAO with two very popular airports, expecting 200+ traffic levels, so why dont you come along and join in with the fun!

The event takes place on:

Sunday 20th August 2006 between 18:00z and 22:00z

More information can be found in the Online section of the main site. Click here

Please let us know if your planning to turn up so we can organise an departure time for all of us ;)

Don´t know if participate. I´ve started flying online yesterday and I don´t know if I´m gonna be capable to comunicate with ATC properly. I have to practise, then if I fell comfortable, maybe...:s

Jose,

Trick would be get in there early ;)

Don't worry about being new and inexperienced - we all were at some point. If you take off just as the event is starting, you'll probably find the controllers will be very forgiving, and likely the traffic levels won't be too high at that stage. Just remember "RMK NEWBIE" (or similar) in your remarks.

Thanks Murray. I´ll keep it in mind. On the other hand I don´t know if I´ll be able to participate because maybe I´ll be at the countryside, but if I´m able I´ll try.;)

I don't know, the best answer I think I can give you is a yes. Although, I'm not quite comfortable with ATC yet, but we have to start somewhere... ;D

Well as long as you follow their commands you'll be fine. The more pilots the better :)

Thanks to all pilots who showed up, from who i saw on my radar (EGLL_S_APP)

The event was a success in some way, except for the multiple server failures accross  the network....:P

Still im sure this event will happen again at some point in the future ;)

Regards,
