Next Fly-In?

hi guys whens the next fly-in? what times are the fly-ins usually on at? :8

I think the LGAV hub is planning a fly in sometime soon. As far as I can remember, the fly ins are usually sometime in the afternoon (in Europe, at least, I have to get up in the morning!!) however the time is usually decided closer to the date.

Well the Online Department has one major Fly-in per month. However HUBS can have different fly-ins in the current month.

I am allready thinking of the next Online Department fly-in and it will be announced on the 5th.

any chance of having a ' midnight fly-in' ? i normally dont go online till bout half ten or eleven in the evening ( Dublin Time ) - a middle of the night fly-in appeal to anyone?

Well it is a bit late, and with people further europe, this will mean 1 or even 2 in the morning.

Perhaps a 20:00z start at the latest - perhaps 20:30 - But we will see, we have to acknolege people further east

Our big problem is the presence of time difference, but maybe it would be interesting to organize some very late ( for Europeans ) Fly in, so some of our pilots would be in a situation to join. I'll think about this and maybe in November it could be organised something. But so far I think 19.00 to 20.00 zulu time is most useful indeed.

I just sent two e-mails to my HUB Manager Piere-Francois, leting him know about a few ideas for organisation of major October Fly in under the organisation of LGAV Hub. Please, be patient, we urgently need some time to make some important decissions. I am not avoiding either VFR neither IFR flight, or maybe both, just wait please.

Well as you know Brian, the major project at the moment is the Schedules, once these are finished then I think a "new schedule" fly in will be organised!
