EHM has been invited to take part in a charity fly-in on VATSIM:
(16.12) LSZH Charity Fly - In | 0500z-2200z
Swiss FIR supports the Global Christmas Charity Event by staffing LSZH on Saturday December 16th live from Zurich Airport.
That means 17 hours ATC during the airports real world operating hours from 0500z until 2200z.
You can support this event by....
- ... flying to or from Zurich. Sponsors pay a certain amount for each landing and take off.
- ... registering your flight(s) on the event page, so that everyone can buy tickets for your flight.
- ... asking your Family & Friends to buy tickets for your flight.
- ... looking for sponsors who support the event by paying an amount per landing and/or departure.
The contributions collected with the tickets will be for the benefit of UNICEF.
Start- and Landing taxes will be sent to "Aktion denk an mich",
an aid organisation which gives mentally and physically handicapped children the possibility to have vacations. ( http://www.denkanmich.ch German only)
The more flights we have registered, the more money we will make.
