I'm sure many of us at EHM have received the following from IVAO-GB, but doesn't hurt to repost.

Next Sunday, 30th March 2008, sees one of the biggest events ever held by the UK Division.

From 16Z (1700 local) until 21Z (2200 local), the UK's biggest airport and the world's busiest international airport awaits you, fully staffed, to celebrate the opening of the brand new £4.2 billion passenger terminal, Terminal 5.

Over 300 real flights ranging from short domestic flights to international long hauls are available for booking. A large number of these flights have already been booked. At the time of writing, only 100 flights remain available with only 1 week until the event!

Full details and the booking system can be found on the division events website.

PLEASE NOTE - During the early hours of Sunday morning, in most European countries, the clocks go forward by one hour. Please take this into account when booking your flights. (i.e. if you live in the UK and book a flight to depart at 1800Z, it actually departs at 1900 local time.)

If you like to be number 6 on the ILS, taxi behind 4 other aircraft towards the runway or join a holding pattern with several other aircraft, then this is the event for you!

Note: If any other MODS think this should be moved to the online flying forum, please keep a link to it here. Thank you.
