Truth be told, I've been not terribly happy with how we've been saying "hello!" to you new folks for some time.
Sure, we had a monster "everyone in the one place" thread for you to introduce yourselves, but that makes things tough for you new pilots, all us old hands, and the forum software.
So, welcome to the world of tomorrow!
New pilots should start new threads to say Hi, and old hands can reply to the new threads in kind, plus it keeps individual threads manageable.
EDIT: Dale, do forgive me but I split your post (and my reply) out of the "Introduce yourself" thread by way of example. Should you wish to give it a friendlier subject, please do.
