Best "Top Gear" Quote Ever

(For those of you that don't know it, Top Gear is a top-rated motoring magazine here in the UK...)

New series has just started, they are touring Romania (looking for Transfagarasan Highway AKA "Ceauşescu's Folly") and, having just pulled up at the People's Palace in Bucharesti, [Jeremy] Clarkson says "[Ceauşescu] really was a mental, wasn't he?"

I just watched it and it was a very entertaining episode :D
Either the boys are getting better as actors or some of the stuff that happened (Like the truck hitting the Sandero) was really not staged and quite funnily unfortunate
