Antonov AN72

I used this aircraft for the first time today, and found that I was unable to do an ILS approach as The Nav radios would not tune. If the Radios section of the aircraft Config file is altered to read as follows the radios will tune OK.

Thanks for this, i have actually only used the An72 a few times and only flew visual, so mabey i'll do a few flights with it!
